6. Insurance Companies: Entities regulated by a state’s insurance department.

7. Public Accounting Firms: Registered public accounting firms regulated by the Public Company Accounting Oversight Board (PCAOB).

8. Utilities: Entities regulated by the Federal Energy Regulatory Commission (FERC).

9. Pooled Investment Vehicles: Pooled investment vehicles, such as certain mutual funds and hedge funds.

10. Tax-Exempt Entities: Entities that are exempt from taxation under section 501(c) of the Internal Revenue Code.

11. Large Operating Companies: Companies with more than 20 full-time employees in the U.S., an operating presence at a physical office within the United States, AND more than $5 million in gross receipts or sales.

12. Subsidiaries of Exempt Entities: Subsidiaries that are wholly owned or controlled by one or more exempt entities
